Biography: Marilyn Janice Peters-Buckner was born to Mary James-Peters and Brown Peters. Marilyn leaves to cherish her memory her sister, Vernetta Faye Peters; and four brothers: Joseph Peters, Leroy Peters, Sr., Cesar Peters, Sr., and Tommy Peters, Sr. Marilyn attended Lincoln High School and was a school teacher for Wynnewood Public Schools.
