I will remember Thurman laughing and smiling. I am proud to have been a co-worker with Thurman and everyone else that works at Pro-Fab is also. He would make everyone smile and make their day better by throwing out a funny sarcastic remark and laughing. Thurman was never shy about giving out technical advice and one needed to listen because he was always on the mark. Thurman talked about Rita, his children, his chairs in his man cave, and had pictures on his tool box to show off. Of course he talked about his old car and his new "need sun glasses" ORANGE car (how fast Rita drove it). We all know he was a Lydell fan and he always was grateful Lydell's Mother would us line us up for tickets. Thurman always talked about his entire family and from a view as a co-worker that was what he lived for and loved every minute of being around them. Thurman will truly be missed by many people. Hackman, bring home the belt for Thurman.

Thurman was a dear friend whom I will sorely miss. We started work together on the same day in 1981 and instantly made a connection which continued. Thurman would later work for me as a supervisor and was one of the most dependable and inventive employees that I've ever had. Thurman never shirked a difficult task, always going up and beyond! We also become good friends and enjoyed many wonderful experiences and great laughs together, both with our families and as wild men doing what we shouldn't be doing. I will sorely miss my brother. May he rest in peace.

MY deepest sympathy such a wonderful person has passed . We worked together in Texas and we shared many great times together. He was alway asking me to help him work on his old cars , that's all he had in those days (money was tight ). When i would get there to help him the first thing we would do is sit down at the table and have a few . Sometimes a few turned into never making it to working on the car so we would just have a great time talking . Rita would just shake her head, smile and laugh with us . All I can do is smile from the memories I have of Thurman and the family . I'm so glad I was able share some of the best times of my life with Thurman ,Rita and the kids . I am truely sad we have lost Thurman .
