Quoya— my sweet friend. The person that mentored me when I started my journey in Child welfare. Your energy, spirit, smile—just the way you radiated through life no matter what was going on— is unmatched. You will be missed. My deepest condolences to the Butler and Turner family. Sequoya made such an impact on many of us in OKC. I know she is rejoicing to have reunited with Ruben.
