To the Grigsby, Nealy, Jones & Fields family, The Jones family from the corner of 16th street (back in the day) wants you all to know how sad we are for your loss. When our loved one's go through a tough illness, it feels like we lose them multiple times. I'm thankful that God has the final word & in His word He tells us where to find salvation, hope, rest & peace. We believe Rita found all of that & more in Jesus before her battles begun. She always flashed that beautiful smile at me whenever I was around her...we'd been friends since childhood. Being the other Jones' on the block where her grandparent's, aunt's & uncle's lived made everyone believe we were all kin. Well, that's what love looks like, former neighbors who still love one another to this day. So, we will continue to pray for you all, asking God to keep you in His comforting care during this difficult time.β€
