Charmen was such a ray of sunshine. I will cherish all of the jokes we shared and the deep conversations we had. I enjoyed working with her and getting to know her over the years. I started working at ohfa as a temp 2017. Charmen was one of the first people i met. She was one of the first people i met, always so sweet and kind. Charmen was one of kind, she made me laugh, so hard you would cry! I am blessed to have known her she was a true Angel and she touched everyone she came in contact with. I will always remember you Charmen you made me want to be a better person and to love myself. You are a true blessing and i was blessed to know you.
