William is survived by his loving wife: Mary Stephens; one son Richard Eugene Allison; four daughters: Patricia Ann Edwards, LaRhonda Michelle Dillard, TaShana Marie Nesbitt, and Felicia Ann Stephens; three sisters: Lucille Morgan, Lena Stephens, and Thelma Portis; and two brothers: Tom Stephens and Charles Stephens. William attended Pleasant Grove School, Ladonia TX and was a self-employed mechanic.
