I worked with Cecil at Menlo Park, California & in Rolla, Missouri with the USGS. We share many memories with both Ruth & Cecil & they opened their home & heart one Christmas when our children were very young because we had no family here. I enjoyed hunting & fishing with Cecil & the stories he told with song. He was a favorite at the Chili feeds. Rest In Peace Cecil & love with Prayers for Ruth & your girls & family. Rick
