I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Kilpatrick one time. I count her beautiful, talented and intelligent daughter, Dana, as one of my most beloved friends. My heart aches for your entire family.. In that one brief meeting with your mom, I could literally feel the love that emanated from within her. I would say that has to be where Dana inherited that same peaceful, loving vibration. You are a special family and I’m wishing you comfort and peace that passes all understanding.

My heart is very heavy. My dearest friend and Sister in Christ whom I have Loved since the day we met. Mattie and I were both born in Childress Texas. I grew up in Childress and Mattie grew up in Oklahoma. We met in 1982. Mattie was a kind and Loving person and always had words of encouragement for me. She was my Big sister away from home. We sang many years together with the United Ladies Chorus of Oklahoma City and traveled across the United States spreading the gospel in song. She was a true friend and I will miss her. Kindy, Reggie, Dana, and Damon I will keep your entire family in my prayers.

To my beautiful Mother, God has blessed me with you for 55 years, On today my siblings and I will celebrate your life. God has given me the peace and the guidance to understand that to be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord. I know without a doubt that you are sitting with God in your new home. Momma, I am going to miss you something terrible but I will do my best to make sure that your children and grandchildren stay together as the family that you and Daddy created. Say hello to my Daddy and my Brother. The conversations that we shared will never be forgotten. Momma,l know that will always be around us to guide us. I take comfort in knowing that you are safe in God's arms. I love you 💕 Kindy
