I will miss Orville and regret that I didn't get to see him one more time. He was smart as a whip and was a great boss. I'll miss our conversations, and his funny sense of humor. Orville had a good heart, and was always there for you. He even gave me a ride home from work one time even though he had a bum knee and was worried about running into someone.

Orville was a good friend during the years we shared as OESC employees. We worked closely on many projects and I have missed his friendship since he left the agency. Rest comfortably in God's hands my friend.
