I had the honor to work with Charles for 22 years. He would tell me stories when he was in the Army, being Army myself we enjoyed our talks about life in general as a husband, and father we both shared our philosophies. We both worked holidays away from our families we at least enjoyed feasting on a meal together we would bring in for the team. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

My prayer is that God guides the family through this time of sorrow and loneliness. May he put his hands over you and guide you through this journey of uncertainty. Loss of a loved one is heart wrenching. However, knowing our love one is in the presence of our father, prayerfully will sustain all of you.

I would like to give my deepest condolences to the whole family so sorry for your loss losing a love one is a very hard thing to deal with but what I would like to do is share this scripture with the family one of the promises that God said he was going to do for all mankind soon and that is Rid the world of sickness and suffering and death it’s a promise here at Revelation 21:3,4 gives you that promise that all these things will be done away and John 5:28,29 gives you that promise that you will get to see your love one again may these scriptures bring comfort to the family you are in our prayers.

May you feel his loving presence. My sincerest condolences are with the family for your loss. May you take some comfort in the resurrection hope that we find in the bible at Acts 24:15. Jehovah God also promises to do away with pain, suffering and death forever at Isaiah 25:8. Please know that you are in my prayers.

On behalf of the Houston crew please know that we are here for you!! I want to encourage my family even now. I thank you Uncle Charles for being the awesome and loving man that God called you to be. To Aunt Sandra and Charlie's Angels (children) I pray that God would cover and keep you in a special way. We are here if you need us. To the siblings and extended family we must remember that God is still on the throne and we must keep our faith and trust in Him. No matter how tough things get we must remember that we have God and each other!! We love you all!!

Prayerfully my heartfelt sympathy to all of Charles family. Although I don’t really know the family I worked with Charleston many an occasion and we spent many a time discussing value of family or life in general. I really wondered if he would ever retire; and when he did I think there was a renewed sparkle in his eyes. I loved listening to Charles speak (the cadence and tone) and the subject of discussion. The way Charles loved family is a lesson for us all. I’ll miss Charles.
